Aircrew Exams provides one-on-one online PPL(A) ground school tutoring for private pilot licence students studying under the UK CAA, EASA, GCAA and other major aviation authority syllabi.
The service exists because most PPL students are expected to self-study subjects that genuinely require explanation. Question banks show you the correct answer. Textbooks give you the theory. Neither tells you why a concept works the way it does, or where your specific understanding is breaking down. That is what a tutor is for.
Sessions are delivered live over Google Meet using a dedicated workstation, iPad for real-time drawing, and a custom on-screen CRP-1W flight computer. There is no pre-recorded content. Every session is built around the student in front of us.
Self-study students hitting a wall
You have been working through a question bank and your mock scores have plateaued. You can get the easy questions right but the applied and calculation questions are inconsistent. A targeted session identifies exactly where the logic is breaking down.
