These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Aircrew Exams Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16927561) with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Service Description
Section titled “2. Service Description”Aircrew Exams provides educational resources and tutoring services for aspiring pilots through a subscription-based platform offering question banks, answers, and explanations for Private Pilot License (PPL) theoretical subjects.
3. Educational Purpose Only
Section titled “3. Educational Purpose Only”CRITICAL NOTICE: All materials, including questions, answers, explanations, images, charts, and any other content provided on this platform are for EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY. They must NOT be used for:
- Actual flight operations
- Navigation purposes
- Flight planning for real flights
- Any operational aviation activities
Always refer to official, current aeronautical publications and charts for actual flight operations.
4. Question Bank Disclaimer
Section titled “4. Question Bank Disclaimer”4.1 Source of Questions
Section titled “4.1 Source of Questions”The questions provided on this platform are:
- User-reported questions from past exams
- Questions generated by Aircrew Exams to simulate exam conditions
- NOT official questions from EASA or JAA
4.2 No Guarantee of Authenticity
Section titled “4.2 No Guarantee of Authenticity”We CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee:
- The authenticity of any questions
- That questions will appear on your actual exam
- The accuracy of user-reported questions
- That our simulated questions match official exam questions
EASA and JAA do not make their official examination questions public. All content is based on reports and our best efforts to simulate exam conditions.
5. Subscription and Access
Section titled “5. Subscription and Access”- Subscriptions grant access to the platform for the purchased period
- Access is personal and non-transferable
- Account sharing is prohibited
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate terms
6. Limitation of Liability

Section titled “6.1 Aviation Safety”Aircrew Exams and its operators:
- Are NOT responsible for any flight safety decisions
- Are NOT liable for any aviation incidents or accidents
- Do NOT provide operational flight guidance
- Are NOT a substitute for official aviation training or certification
6.2 Exam Performance
Section titled “6.2 Exam Performance”We are NOT responsible for:
- Exam results or outcomes
- Failure to pass any aviation examination
- Discrepancies between our materials and actual exams
- Changes to examination standards or requirements
6.3 Maximum Liability
Section titled “6.3 Maximum Liability”Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.
7. Intellectual Property
Section titled “7. Intellectual Property”All content on Aircrew Exams is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not:
- Reproduce or distribute platform content
- Share account credentials
- Copy questions or materials for commercial purposes
8. User Conduct
Section titled “8. User Conduct”Users agree to:
- Use the platform solely for personal educational purposes
- Not attempt to compromise platform security
- Not engage in any fraudulent activity
- Provide accurate registration information
9. Changes to Service
Section titled “9. Changes to Service”We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update question banks and materials
- Change subscription pricing with notice
- Update these terms (users will be notified)
10. Regulatory Compliance

- Meeting all official aviation authority requirements
- Obtaining proper certifications and licenses
- Following all applicable aviation regulations
- Verifying information with official sources
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “11. Disclaimer of Warranties”The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy of content
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free operation
12. Governing Law
Section titled “12. Governing Law”These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
