- No refunds will be issued after subscription purchase
- No refunds for partial use of subscription period
- No refunds based on exam performance or outcomes
- No refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction
Why No Refunds?

- Comprehensive question banks
- All answers to exam questions
- Detailed explanations and learning materials
- Proprietary educational content
Once you gain access to these materials, the value has been delivered, and the content cannot be “returned.”
Subscription Cancellation
Section titled “Subscription Cancellation”While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation prevents future billing
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is provided for the remaining time in the current period
Acknowledgment

- You understand this is a no-refund service
- You are purchasing access to user-reported and simulated questions
- You accept the no-refund policy before completing your purchase
