4. Question Bank Disclaimer

4.1 Source of Questions

The questions provided on this platform are:

User-reported questions from past exams
Questions generated by Aircrew Exams to simulate exam conditions
NOT official questions from EASA or JAA

4.2 No Guarantee of Authenticity

We CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee:

The authenticity of any questions
That questions will appear on your actual exam
The accuracy of user-reported questions
That our simulated questions match official exam questions

EASA and JAA do not make their official examination questions public. All content is based on reports and our best efforts to simulate exam conditions.

5. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our service providing immediate access to proprietary question banks and educational materials:

No refunds will be issued after subscription purchase
No refunds for partial use of subscription period
No refunds based on exam performance or outcomes

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to user-reported and simulated questions, and you accept the no-refund policy.

6. Subscription and Access

Subscriptions grant access to the platform for the purchased period
Access is personal and non-transferable
Account sharing is prohibited

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.
